Intentional by design

A feed with a floor.

Your feed stops when there’s nothing left from the sources you chose — not because an algorithm decided you need more content, but because there genuinely isn’t any.

No ranking. No promoted posts. No “you might also like.” Just the things you subscribed to, in the order they were published.

What SocialWeb does

Three things, done well.

Read

Direct subscriptions, chronological order, no ranking. The sources you chose, nothing more. Group them into stacks by topic — sports, tech, finance — or read everything in one place.

Message

RSS-based group chat where your data lives on a server you choose — yours or ours. The creator hosts the conversation; members subscribe to it. Private by protocol, not just by policy.

Search

Web search routed through SocialWeb's servers so search providers never see you. Same results, none of the tracking. Available on every tier.

How it works

Privacy is structural, not promised.

When you subscribe to a source on SocialWeb, the server fetches that feed on your behalf — without revealing who you are to the publisher. When you search the web, queries go through SocialWeb’s servers so no search provider ever builds a profile on you. The privacy properties are baked into the architecture, not added later.

SocialWeb architecture: RSS publishers and web on the left, SocialWeb server in the middle acting as a privacy layer, your device on the right. Your IP is never exposed to publishers or search providers.RSS feedsWeb searchChat roomsSocialWebserverYour deviceprivacy layerYour IP is never exposed to publishers or search providers
